Circular Health Talks is a series of seminars and lectures focused on expanding the traditional One Health model by integrating cross-discipline perspectives towards a specific issue. These talks work in conjunction with our Circular Health Initiative, viewing wicked problems with a radical, interdisciplinary viewpoint, and often supported with our many research programs and working groups.
Below you will find previous Circular Health Talks and their recordings, if applicable. If you are interested in giving a talk on Circular Health, please contact us by clicking the button below!
Our COVID-19 Update Webinar series was started in January 2020 in response to the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in China.
Since then, these talks have evolved into a bi-weekly update, providing the latest news, research, and reaction from virologist and Center Director Dr. Ilaria Capua, and Dr. Sonja Rasmuseen, Professor in the Departments of Pediatrics and Epidemiology. Dr. Capua views the global situation and the latest public health measures, while Dr. Rasmussen provides a deep dive into the most recent peer-reviewed studies and data.
Our latest update webinar can be viewed below:
Please join us Tuesday, May 3rd, from 3-4PM for our latest Circular Health Talk, featuring Dr. Ilaria Capua, Professor and Director of the One Health Center, and Dr. Sonja Rasmussen, Professor in the Departments of Pediatrics and Epidemiology.
We encourage everyone to watch live via YouTube in the event you cannot access the Zoom room.
